These do not include food/beverage tables or other items underneath the tent.

  • When does setup and teadown happen, is there charges?
    Setup of tents occurs 1-3 days prior to your event, with takedown being 1-3 days after your event. We will provide an approximate time but cannot guarantee this time as things may happen delaying the crew. If there is specific setup/takedown times, or a difficult tent setup location, please notify our team as early as possible to allow planning and avoid potential additional charges.
  • Is there anything I need to do before setup?
    Before setup all landscaping and mowing should be done, also as most of the tents are installed using 36in stakes all underground utility lines, septic systems, sprinkler systems should be marked. Failure of this may occur in possible damages, or delay the setup process.
  • What if I am not at the property at the setup time?
    It is highly recommended one person be on the property at the time of setup to ensure the tent is in the correct place, all items are delivered, and can inform our team of possible hazards. If you are unable to be there please mark the desired 4 corners of the tent location allowing our team to start.
  • Is there a minimum amount?
    There is not a minumum amount of items that can be rented, but there is a $35 minumum for items that will be picked up in store or a $50 minimum order amount for item that will be delivered.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
